3DKitFactory respects your privacy. We do not sell your personal information, and we only collect what is necessary to operate the service. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address — provided directly or via Google or Apple sign-in
• Display name — if provided through your OAuth provider

When you make a purchase, payment details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers.

We also maintain records of your purchases, downloads, and wallet balance to operate your account.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Manage your account and authenticate your sessions
• Process orders and deliver purchased kits
• Send transactional emails (magic link logins, purchase confirmations)
• Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse

What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone
• We do not run advertising on the site or use advertising trackers
• We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes
• We do not profile your behavior for targeted advertising

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate 3DKitFactory:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
• Google Sign-In — optional authentication. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Apple Sign-In — optional authentication. Subject to Apple's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics 4 — website usage analytics. Only loaded after you accept analytics cookies in the banner (Google Consent Mode v2, defaults denied). When enabled, Google Analytics collects pseudonymous usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and referral source, with IP addresses anonymized. These services receive only the minimum information required to perform their function.

Cookies and Analytics Consent

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is essential for the site to function and is not used for tracking.

On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key cookie_consent_v2:

• Accept — Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_* cookies to measure site usage. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
• Reject — no analytics cookies are stored. Google Analytics is loaded in a consent-denied state and does not collect identifiers.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing the cookie_consent_v2 value in your browser's site data; the banner will then re-appear on your next visit. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to block Google Analytics across all sites.

Data Security

All connections to 3DKitFactory are encrypted via HTTPS. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled via magic link emails or through Apple and Google sign-in. Access to user data is restricted to the systems that need it to operate the service.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will permanently remove your personal data from our systems. Purchase records may be retained as required for legal and financial obligations.

Children's Privacy

3DKitFactory is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
